Dean Hart can shoot a crossbow through the tab of a Miller can while pedaling his bicycle 60 miles per hour, blindfolded. But that doesn’t mean he’ll show you.
Meet Dean. He’s the medic/pacer for RunTellmanRun. If I’m out there running, he’s right there with me, rollin’ his Bianchi bicycle a few feet ahead. Dean keeps me hydrated and properly filled with energy bars and fixes any road-problems (blisters, cuts, dog attacks, “watch out for this rusty shopping cart in the road”, etc.).

Rusty Shopping Carts!! Now that’s funny! You Rock Dean!
