i had a “moment” the other day while running south on Rte. 209. my feet were getting torn up on this crazy “chip and seal” strip on the shoulder, and, well, you’ll see…

it’s moment like these that make me realize i couldn’t be doing this without you guys.

Tellman,Your not stupid,your crazy! Put some shoes on or at least some sand socks Please! Your feet will thank you and so will your family.Don’t hurt yourself,you won’t be able to run if you hurt those feet.OUCH! Do IT For The Kids! Just Another Challenge,Take Care,Powerpink

The 1st Step in a JOURNEY is the MOST IMPORTANT, LOOK at the MANY GREAT ONES you have MADE, I admire your Honesty, You have WON THE RACE that does not have to be RUN OR Walked.

Ouch.
There’s nothing stupid about facing unexpected challenges. Even worthwhile journey or awesome cause has them, even with the best of preparations.

Had you known you would have taken a different route. Which – might be a good idea….have your team scope out roads that are as smooth as possible! Perhaps it’s better to run more miles with less pain…that way you can keep running.

I’m sitting here thinking about what it must have been like in the days before automobiles when people wanted to get somewhere and all roads were made of dirt. Now I’m thinking of the kids that are living on the street and how they need our help. You’re doing great Tellman
