we’ve been getting an inspiring amount of support from local companies as we’re moving across the country. everything from donated labor for new brakes on the RV, to acupuncture, to food.
American Chiropractic Spa & Retreat in State College, PA really took it to the next level, though. Dr. Trainer is awesome – she invited me into her spa (where she’s worked on celebrities like Bruce Springsteen and Dave Mathews) and completely rejuvenated me with massage and chiropractic work, pro bono. THEN, her executive assistant, Kevin, took it upon himself to create a big RunTellmanRun poster which will remain at the front desk for the entirety of my run. people can donate right there, and when the run is over Kevin is going to hand over all the donations. awesome.
yesterday, Kevin and Dr. Trainer invited the entire RunTellmanRun crew in for massages at no charge. Luke said he felt like he slept for 8 hours after his session.
to Dr. Trainer, Kevin and the entire staff at American Chiropractic Spa & Retreat, a huge thank you for alleviating the stress that builds up with days on end on the road. you are all awesome.

So glad to hear you all had a great time at the spa in State College! I was visiting there myself that evening and got to talk with you briefly. GOOD LUCK to you and keep up the great effort!!!
wow, good for u, having a cold blast thru the northern part of the US…treat ur feet kindly, OK, it’s 65 here in the mountains, we will get the cold blast later, but not much, my roomie is up in Londonderry, NH pickin up her Mom, hope ur well and greatest of well being to ya! Nothing is better than getting to relax and get an excellent treatment from someone who knows what they’re doing. Thanks, Dr. Trainer and staff for helping out Tellman and his crew.
